The solo piece «Earthling/s» is a research on ephemerality as a scenographic element and transformative patterns inspired by gender identities as method.
By bringing earthlings from nature from the local area where the performance takes place, the audience is invited to co-create by intuitively placing the actors in the space. This results in re-shaping the piece traceable by the audience becoming invested partly as spectators, partly as performers.

Allow the space to softly caress your inner world. Movement,
sound and material invites you to witness confessions, cracks, magic
and relief. Performers and audience equally belong with the space.

BA / Work/ Collective
For the last seven years since I finished my BA
in dance in Oslo (NO), I have worked as a dancer, dance teacher, head of booking and as a producer in the Nordic countries. I am currently based in Copenhagen (DK) where I work at Dansehallerne.
In 2015, I and seven other dance artists started "Dansekollektivet" which is an organization working to make dance as an art form more available to the public. As an organizer of dance events and performances, we wish to give you high quality art in untraditional places.

Feminism work
I founded the 2020 equality festival "EMPWR Fest" in Oslo (NO) with help from my colleagues at Kulturhuset, which took place over the weekend of International Women's Day in three venues. Focusing on culture, diversity and community, regardless of identity.
It resulted in an evening filled with concerts by 14 female hip hop artists in collaboration with YLTV and a brunch with several dance performances hosted by Dansekollektivet x Karmaklubb*.
We also had a take over in collaboration with Oslo World, Fri Kunst, Safe Muse, Feministisk Filmklubb, Agenda, 3rd Space DJs, Kunstplass that made a big and important impact in the festival.
Dancer
As a professional dancer, I have performed at everything from «Meteor» at BIT in Bergen, «Sånafest», «Den Kulturelle Skolesekken» in Telemark (NO), «Starke Stucke» in Frankfurt (DE) in the piece "Me, Me and Me" and "Dance on, Dance off" by Th'Line. "Bach and Forth" by Stone & Ehrstrand in New York (US). In 2015 I performed in "IdentiD" in Nuuk (GL). In 2016 after doing a 3-month visa program at Peridance in New York granted by Arts Council, Norway- I performed at International Dance Fest, Macau (CN). Improvisation, curiosity and the love of movement and choreography is my driving factor.
The photo is taken by Lydia Hansen of me and the other members of the contemporary dance company RIVA in Faroe Island, 2021. Our debut residency was held in August, ending with a performance showcasing our works.
